Didn't have that yesterday just a time for delivery but today along with the email I can see where about he is. It does not give his name but says he's on delivery 15 and mine will be 22 and that he is 30 minutes away.
We'll see.

Used them quite a few times, like OTB says you can track the van online and you even get messages
'Your dpd order will be delivered today by Mikolaj, your DPD driver'

Never had a problem with DPD. I've got a running joke with our local driver that he's always within 2 minutes of the start of the time slot.
We have such laughs.

Fucking useless.
Did the exact same thing to me two weeks ago. Delivery time was expected between 11 and 2. Stayed in all day and then the page updated at about 7 o clock saying delivery attempted.

I find DPD to be the best of the lot. You can track where your driver is up to his last delivery, so you know when they're going to arrive.
